Bagel and Lox with Wild Pickled Blueberries

Ingredients:
1 fresh bagel, sliced and toasted
Cream cheese, softened
Smoked salmon (lox) slices
Wild Pickled Blueberries (Planet Naskeag)
Thinly sliced red onion
Capers
Fresh dill for garnish
Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
Layer smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
Add a spoonful of Wild Pickled Blueberries on top of the salmon.
Garnish with thinly sliced red onion, capers, and fresh dill.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh squeeze of citrus if desired.
