Bagel and Lox with Wild Pickled Blueberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh bagel, sliced and toasted

  • Cream cheese, softened

  • Smoked salmon (lox) slices

  • Wild Pickled Blueberries (Planet Naskeag)

  • Thinly sliced red onion

  • Capers

  • Fresh dill for garnish

  • Lemon wedges (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.

  2. Layer smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.

  3. Add a spoonful of Wild Pickled Blueberries on top of the salmon.

  4. Garnish with thinly sliced red onion, capers, and fresh dill.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh squeeze of citrus if desired.
